MCU Rewatch

Starring: Edward Norton, Liv Tyler, Tim Roth, William Hurt,  Tim Blake Nelson, Stan Lee, Lou Ferrigno. Official Synopsis: Bruce Banner, a scientist on the run from the U.S. Government, must find a cure for the monster he turns into, whenever he loses his temper. My Opinion: This is going to shock no one, but I really enjoyed this.  Edward Norton is fantastic as Bruce Banner. I like that we get the connection at the end to Iron Man when Tony Stark meets the general. I watched the consultant one shot that Clark Gregg made, I love that they send Tony Stark because they want to annoy the general and they don't really want Bronski (The Abomination)  The Abomination is still out there in the MCU probably in one of General Ross's prisons. I would like to see him again, maybe if they ever make another Incredible Hulk solo film, but I know that is unlikely and complicated. Starring: Robert Downey Jr. , Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle,  Scarlett Johansson, Sam Rockwell, Mickey Rourke,  Samuel L. Jackson, Clark Gregg, Paul Bettany (Voice),  John Slattery, Jon Favreau, Stan Lee. Official Synopsis: With the world now aware of his identity as Iron Man, Tony Stark must contend with both his declining health and a vengeful mad man with ties to his father's legacy. My Opinion: I liked the scene with Iron Man and the dancing girls on the stage, he seemed a lot more comfortable than Captain America did in his stage shows in The First Avenger.  Sam Rockwell is awesome in this and I really hope we see him again, we probably won't.  Mickey Rourke is a little wooden to be kind lol.  Don Cheadle replaces Terrence Howard as Rhodie (War Machine) My Rating: 8/10

Starring: Robert Downey Jr. , Terrence Howard, Jeff Bridges,  Gwyneth Paltrow,  Clark Gregg, Paul Bettany (Voice),  Jon Favreau,  Stan Lee, Samuel L. Jackson. Official Synopsis: After being held captive in an Afghan cave, billionaire engineer Tony Stark creates a unique weaponized suit of armor to fight evil. My Opinion: Such a good origin story and Robert Downey Jr. is perfect casting to play Iron Man. I don't really like it when Marvel has the Hero just fight another version of themselves and we get it here with Jeff Bridges. I like the scenes with Clark Gregg and Gwyneth Paltrow are really good I like the humour.  This film has one of the best endings of all time *Spoilers*, Tony Stark calls a press conference he is given a statemate to read out that Fury has gone to a lot of trouble to fix. Starring: Hayley Atwell, James D'Arcy, Dominic Cooper. My Opinion: Agent Carter once more provided a very different source of entertainment. From its period setting, to its focus on heroes without any sort of superpowers, to its tone, Agent Carter continued to bring something different and appreciated to the Marvel TV landscape and the MCU in general. I did enjoy this but I think I liked Series One Better. I liked it better than I remembered. We get to see Jarvis's Wife in the 2nd Series who was mentioned a lot in Series One but never seen.  The story of Season 2 is quite interesting and it does peak your interest.  We get mentions of the quantum realm in this series that will later play a big part in the Ant-Man Movies and maybe even Avengers: Endgame later this year?  I did feel some of the effects in this were a little funky but I guess that is what you get on a TV budget and I feel maybe they knew the Series was getting cancelled so di...

Official Synopsis: The first season of this action-adventure series follows Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) as she returns to work at Strategic Scientific Reserve after World War II. Upon her return, SSR begins investigating billionaire inventor Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper) for selling weapons to enemies of the United States. However, Stark secretly seeks out Carter and asks her to help clear his name. Carter, in direct conflict with SSR, goes undercover to help Stark. James D'Arcy, Chad Michael Murray, Enver Gjokaj and Shea Whigham also star. My Opinion: Agent Carter is ridiculously enjoyable.The show is quick, genuinely fun, and Hayley Atwell is a damn delight as Peggy Carter. It has plenty of plot twists and intrigue in this. You see some hints at the training that Black Widow will undergo in Russia. I liked the episode with the howling Commandos in from Captain America: The First Avenger. In the final episode there is a bit of a redo of the scene with Peggy...

WOW! just looking at that cast is Amaze Balls!!! Released: 2011 Official Synopsis: Steve Rogers, a rejected military soldier transforms into Captain America after taking a dose of a "Super-Soldier serum". But being Captain America comes at a price as he attempts to take down a war monger and a terrorist organization. My Opinion: I had forgotten how much I like this movie it is great, it has everything great action scenes a love story, with for me it has the saddest scene in the MCU to date when Cap has to put the plane down in the ocean and is promising Peggy he will have to take a rain check on their dance.
